How fast do I get the money?

Usually within minutes. Once your card is swiped or tapped, the amount is transferred to your bank account by IMPS, or given to you in cash at our office.

Which credit cards do you accept?

All major Indian and international credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and others. Debit cards are not accepted for this service.

What does it cost?

A single service charge, quoted to you before the transaction. No hidden fees. The charge depends on the amount and your card, and we tell you the exact figure up front.

Is cash on card a loan?

No. It is a spot encashment of your own card's available limit. You repay your card bill to your bank as usual. We never ask you to apply for credit.

Will you ask for my OTP, CVV or PIN?

Never. You swipe or tap the card yourself at our terminal and you get the charge slip. We never ask for your OTP, CVV, card PIN or net-banking password.
